In Occupational Therapy "occupation" is a term used to describe all of the things we need and want to do throughout our days, that bring us meaning and purpose.
Many people face barriers to engaging in their chosen occupations, as a result of factors such as illness, injury, genetic conditions, the ageing process or psychological challenges.
Our Occupational Therapists look at the person, their environments and their occupations, and provide practical solutions and support to maximise independence and participation, and improve quality of life.
